NEW YORK—The title of 2015 Penthouse Pet of the Year Runner-Up has been conferred on adult performer Skin Diamond. In recognition of the hoor, Penthouse Magazine has delivering a new pictorial of the stylish star in the April 2015 issue of the magazine.
Diamond hails originally from Dunfermline, Scotland, where she studied acting. Diamond’s cover and layout were inspired by the great Josephine Baker. “I was so excited about the Josephine Baker theme for this shoot,” said Diamond. “She’s such an inspiration. She literally paved the way for women of color during a time, the 1920s, when they were not considered beautifully captivating or sexy to the general white population.”

Penthouse, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2015, was founded in England by Bob Guccione in 1965 and brought to the States in 1969. The covers of Penthouse Magazine have included celebrities and beautiful, art-inspired photography which have chronicled the libido of a changing nation and the pop culture which helped shape it.
