Palomino Vegas, Nikki Phoenix Event to Benefit Local Women's Shelter

LAS VEGAS, Nevada—The Palomino Club in Las Vegas will put on a car show and raffle this Saturday to benefit the local community and their favorite charity, The Shade Tree Women's Shelter. The event, which brings together key sponsoring partners throughout the Las Vegas community, promises to be a fun time that also generates much needed donations for one of Las Vegas' most well-known charities.

"We are very conscious of our local community, and big part of that is for us to help wherever and whenever we can," said the club's marketing director, Andrew Smith. "Our favorite charity is The Shade Tree Women's Shelter. It's something that not only our owner, but also the entire staff are strongly behind. We really feel that part of being in the Las Vegas community is helping our local community, and it's something we strongly promote with our staff and throughout the year. It's one of the reasons we were able to reach out to so many Las Vegas local businesses for sponsorships for our raffle and event, the entire proceeds of which will go directly to benefit The Shade Tree Women's Shelter. I want to make a special thanks to Oscar's Steakhouse, The Original Pancake House chain, Coffee Tea or Me?, Vegas Polecats, The Rhythm Kitchen, KAO Auto Styling, Las Vegas Muscle Cars, our staff and our patrons for making this night possible."

The event will be hosted by mainstream and adult star, EDM artist, fitness proponent and aerialist Nikki Phoenix, who  is also passionate about this particular charity. The popular star appears in the August issue of Gallery magazine. The magazine, on newsstands now, features an autographed underwear giveaway, and Phoenix will be on hand to give away copies of her EDM single, "My Addiction" at The Palomino Club as well as posting pictures of the event on Twitter.

"Having been in an abusive relationship myself in the past, helping other battered women is something that I feel very strongly about," said Phoenix. "It's one of the reason's I was happy to no only participate in this event, but donate as well. I grew tremendously as a person from the experience, and it encouraged me to follow my goals, in both mainstream and adult, and gave me the drive to pursue my EDM music and Aerialist careers as well. It's great to see that the Las Vegas community really came together to help The Shade Tree and our local community. I'm especially excited to spend tomorrow evening at my favorite Gentlemen's Club, The Palomino Club, and want to also thank all of the sponsors for being part of this event as well."
