CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Like all projects that get the green light at Septo Studios, they hoped it would be well received and gather its share of interest. But in this instance, the attention paid to OMG… It’s The Spice Girls XXX Parody was more than they hoped for and even more than they could imagine.
"The coverage has been insane," boasted studio head Jordan Septo. "We didn’t see this coming."
Septo is referring to coverage very rarely seen, if ever, for adult movies. It started out on one website article with a photo gallery, and in under a week was picked up by websites, tabloid papers, every major internet search engine and even television programs in South America, Australia, France, Germany, the U.K. the U.S. and others.
Danny Gorman, industry veteran and long time friend of Septo, is in charge of sales and is also excited. "We have an international sensation on our hands," declared Gorman. "This thing is selling itself, and it’s not even released yet."
Although the superstar cast of OMG… It’s The Spice Girls XXX Parody resembles the original band members so closely, these are not the real members of the iconic female pop music band. It stars Dani Daniels, Allie Haze, Jessie Rogers, Dani Jensen, Misty Stone, Evan Stone, Ryan Driller, Xander Corvus and Danny Mountain.
Septo adamantly pointed out, "This is not a celebrity sex tape. I wish it was, but it’s not. It is a true parody with unsubstantiated, sexy and comical events being portrayed."
Inside of the slick packaging, resembling the band’s most iconic album cover, you will find smoldering hot sex (including Dani Daniels' second boy-girl scene ever), original music (also very reminiscent of the original) and tongue-in-cheek comedy (pardon the pun).
The DVD will be available this side of the pond in early February, 2013, and is sure to be on broadcast and other media shortly after.
