LOS ANGELES—Mick Blue was innocently driving his lovely wife to work the other day when the call came in: a leading man was needed to star in an Adam & Eve feature alongside Anikka Albrite. He knew he was the man for the job.
The real life husband and wife team were soon working for director Kay Brandt as Mr. and Mrs. Baumgartner in Babysitting the Baumgartners. It is based on the Selena Kitt book that has sold more than a million copies since being published in 2008.
“From the time Anikka was cast in this movie we thought how amazing it would be to star in this movie together because we are a real-life couple who likes to share women with each other,” Blue said. “So the theme of this movie came to us very organically and the chemistry was natural.”
The babysitter was played by Sara Luvv and the naughty nanny was A.J. Applegate.
“Over those four days of production we shot about 14 sex scenes,” Blue said. “It was a fun-filled sex marathon with Anikka and Sara, both of whom I share great chemistry with, which made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. In my 16-year career it was the first time that I had six sex scenes within 48 hours and I would have never thought it would even be possible. I love my wife Anikka more than everything in this universe and doing this movie together expanded this even farther. Kay was a great director and it was a real team effort and hard work to make this movie special. It was a great journey.”
