HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Mainstream actress/musician Laurel Wiley and environmentalist/philanthropist Paul Padgett will join Amber Lynn on this week’s episode of Rock'N'SeXXXy-Uncensored.
Wiley has starred in more than 50 films and TV shows while enjoying a very successful music career. She’s appeared in Vanilla Sky as Tom Cruise’s doctor, as well as co-starring as Al Pacino's wife in Ocean's 13. She started her acting career as a teen in Hollywood, first starring in the cult classic horror film Shock Em Dead, which also was Traci Lords- first R rated film; while Traci Lords played the good girl, Laurel portrayed the bad vampire metal girl. Wiley has also worked as a producer for the film industry alongside Michael Madsen, Christopher Walken, Elizabeth Hurley, Ryan Reynolds, Mary Louise Parker and more.
She also is a singer songwriter, and has worked with The Beach Boys, Matthew Sweet, Suzanna Hoff and Heart. Her album Laurel Wiley is available on Itunes; it was produced by Heart’s Nancy Wilson, and the two co-wrote the song "On a Plane" which will be released later this year. Proceeds from the song will benefit Lolly Brooke, a charity that provides musical instruments to children fighting cancer.
Upcoming projects for Wiley include appearances in the TV show The Weed Detective and NBC’s Celebrity Poker.
Padgett is the founder of Rockers for Wildlife, a nonprofit with the mission of being a voice for animals on land and sea. As Chief of Marine Operations at National Geographic, Paul’s primary work is the out-of-cage studies of Great White, Tiger, Bull and Reef sharks, as well as doing research on preserving the coral reefs around the world and the California Kelp forest.
He concurrently has multiple film projects in motion he will be discussing on the show and he also will talk about his extensive work with The Los Angeles National forest. In his work, he has helped bring awareness and save more than 400 lions, tigers, chimps, bears, and wolves by bringing A-list celebrities to the front lines to assist in saving the almost extinct wild life animals, preserving them for future generations to enjoy.
Fans who call in during the show to join the fun will be treated to autographed memorabilia and other swag. The call-in number is (323) 203-0815.
