BOULDER, CO.—Ken Boenish resigned as president of New Frontier Media on Aug 2, according to an SEC filing by the publicly traded Boulder-based adult-themed pay-per-view network provider.
The Aug. 2 8-K filing states that Boenish, who has been with the company for more than a decade serving in different capacities, will continue to provide consulting and other "transitional and support" services as an independent contractor for a period of one year, during which time he will be paid $30,000 a month plus expenses.
The company further states that it "does not at this time believe that the resignation will have a material adverse effect on the Registrant’s results of operations or financial condition.
