LONDON—The third installment of Television X's Weird Science XXX is set to air this Saturday, and there's a new face in the U.K. parody show's cast. British starlet Katie K will join series stars Tanya Tate and Danny D.
The two series regulars have already generated positive reviews for the first two installments of the five-episode Television X spoof. The story begins when Danny D doesn't have the courage to ask out his sexy female office mate, so he tries to create the perfect woman. His creation is Tanya Tate, who is sexy but mischievous, thrusting Danny into a series of funny adventures.
Now Weird Science XXX is getting another jolt of star power with the addition of Katie K.
In the next installment, Danny wants to know how women think, so Tanya turns him into a female lap dancer, played by both Danny and Katie K. Now named Danielle, the hero of the story does an awkward and comical scene in a strip club. Katie K's beautiful face and curvaceous body are known to her fans, but here it is her sense of humor and acting chops that are showcased.
"I loved every minute of working on this film," Katie K said. "It was definitely different than what I'm used to, and it was so nice getting a chance to goof around and try new and funny things on set. I had to act like a guy would if he were wearing high heels for the first time, then dance on a pole like a guy. It's was so silly and so much fun. Television X is such a great network and I'm thrilled to have worked with them again—and to shoot alongside Tanya Tate and Danny D was just wonderful. It was a really great experience."
