VENICE,Calif.— There is no young performer in the adult industry hotter than Kagney Linn Karter. The June Penthouse Pet is also on the cover of the June AVN, which is the annual “Fresh Issue.”
Traditionally the cover is shared by a number of the industry’s hottest new starlets, but in the past few months Kagney has clearly established herself as the industry’s biggest superstar-in-the-making.
“Once Kagney made her decision to get into porn, she went full force,” the magazine states. And they couldn’t be more right.
AVN has only featured a single performer on the Fresh Issue cover three times in nine years. Briana Banks, Hannah Harper and Naomi also ran solo on the cover.
“I had a chance to see the cover a few days before it came out,” Kagney said, “and I think I started tearing up. It’s a beautiful photo and this is going straight on my wall.”
Just last month Kagney was featured in one of the magazine’s famous Fresh Off the Bus interviews, conducted by AVN Editor-in-Chief Dan Miller. An extended version of their conversation appeared on the website in late May. The cover photo for AVN was supplied by Twistys, which earlier this year named her the April Twistys Treat.
