James Bartholet to Conduct Acting Workshop This Sunday

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif.—Multi-award-winning actor and radio and internet host James Bartholet will be conducting another in his series of acting workshops this Sunday, May 18,
from 1-4 p.m. in Sherman Oaks.

This special workshop will be geared toward adult performers who want to sharpen their acting chops, and will cover the basics of comedic and dramatic acting and improvisation, and cold reading and audition preparations. The price will be $30 per student. The classes are three hours long, and interested students should sign up now for the workshop as space is filling fast. The workshop will start promptly at 1 p.m..

“Several performers have been contacting me lately to do another acting workshop, and with so many parodies and features being made now, it's time to get ahead in the industry and keep working," Bartholet said. "Plus, some industry performers are making the leap into mainstream projects as well, so you need to be prepared. We’ve had great responses from our previous workshop. Many of my previous students have gone on to receive award nominations and have gotten cast in more roles. ”

Bartholet has years of experience in acting, directing, and producing in the mainstream and adult industries, and has appeared in many of the top award-winning and popular adult parodies and features. Bartholet recently won numerous AVN awards for his many diverse acting performances, and has several mainstream projects out now. Bartholet has coached actors in the adult and mainstream industries, and performed on stage in sketch comedy at the world famous Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip.
