LOS ANGELES—Much like the sumptuous red blends from the Bordeaux region of France, adult performer Rebecca Bardoux proves the fact that some things get better with age.
After a short leave of absence, the ’90s adult star is back in front of the camera. Bardoux will make a guest appearance on Playboy Radio’s radio program Night Calls this Wednesday, Aug. 4 at 5 p.m. PT to discuss her long career and latest projects.
The actress’s connection to the wine is no coincidence. Like many things in her long and fascinating career, it comes with a back story: "I had just finished filming my very first scene and went out to a nice restaurant with some friends to celebrate. Everything was happening so fast and at that point I realized I didn't even have a stage name yet!," said Bardoux.
“We were brainstorming at the table when the waiter started pouring this delicious-looking Bordeaux. I took a sip, looked at the bottle and wondered how this finely crafted little liquid could contain so much flavor: I finally had my name," she continued. "I tweaked the spelling to make it my own. Thank God it wasn't a bottle or chardonnay or merlot!"
Playboy Radio’s Night Calls is hosted by dynamic duo Christy Canyon and Nikki Hunter, and airs Monday through Friday on Sirius and XM Channel 99. Listeners can call in to talk to her live this Wednesday during the broadcast.
