LOS ANGELES, CA — Transsexual pornstar Wendy Williams, publicist for her company, HotWendyPr.com, has received four AVN nominations in the following categories: Transsexual Performer of the Year (9th consecutive nomination with a win in 2009), Best Alternative Website (for WendyWilliamsXXX.com), and T-Girls Solo 2, a DVD from her company Hot Wendy Productions, was nominated for Best Transsexual DVD, while her scene with Buck Angel was nominated for Best Transsexual Scene.
Williams’ clients Amy Daly, Tiffany Starr, Shemale Strokers and Jonelle Brooks also have nominations.
Veteran performer Daly has been nominated for Best TS Performer of the Year and for her scene with Brittany St. Jordan in Rogue Adventures 37. Starr also has a nomination for Performer of the Year and for her solo scene in She-Male Strokers 50. Newcomer Brooks received her first nomination for a hardcore scene with Wolf Hudson in Pin-Up T-Girls 2. Finally, mega site Shemale Strokers, under Mancini Productions, rounded up the nominations due to its nomination for Best Alternative Website.
Additionally, She-Male Strokers 50 and 51, as well as Bang My Tranny Ass 10 had scenes nominated. Bang My Tranny Ass 10 also received a nomination for Best Transsexual DVD. In the category of Best Series, Bang My Tranny Ass and She-Male Strokers were also nominated.
The AVN Awards will take place after the annual Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE). AEE runs January 17 - 19, also in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. AEE includes traditional exhibits, meeting rooms, exhibit suites, networking events, parties, product demos and educational components.
