PARIS—Following the sudden passing this January of Franck Vardon—who founded VCV Communication 25 years ago—and after much deliberation, the venerable French adult video magazine Hot Video has announced the new executive team of managers who will now pursue the development and activities of the company.
In a statement issued Thursday, the company said, "Please rest assured that our company intends to keep its engagements and partnerships, and that the entire Hot Video team is looking forward to continuing and elaborating upon our collaborations."
The new executive team includes Celine Vardon ([email protected]) as shareholder, Jean-Charles Chaigne ([email protected]) as president (replacing Gilles Bot) and Sebastien Ollinger ([email protected]) as general manager.
