PARIS—Gregory Dorcel, CEO of leading European adult entertainment company Marc Dorcel, will address the delegates of the next 3DTV World Forum, which will take place in London on May 17 and 18.
Aimed at improving the 3D uptake by implementing the right marketing strategies, Gregory Dorcel's address will be in line with the Forum's conference program focused on 3D latest developments, as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by this technology.
A pioneer in its sector, Marc Dorcel has always been ahead of its time. CEO Gregory Dorcel will explain how the adult industry is at the forefront of the 3D uptake and how 3D has become a major part of Marc Dorcel's content. What are the ways to monetize 3D contents? What are the future developments of 3D? At a time when TV production is experiencing wild changes and 3D is developing fast, Gregory Dorcel's speech will give the keys to a better understanding of the marketing, distribution and development of 3D contents.
In 1998 the 36-year-old Dorcel joined the company his father founded in 1979, when he was hired to oversee the international development of the company as well as the creation of multimedia projects. He then became managing director in 2000. With the launch of the first CD-ROM, the first multilingual DVD and the first VOD platform, the pan-European Dorcel TV channel, magazines, and later the first 3D SVOD platforms, Grégory Dorcel turned the company into a whole media group.
Before joining Marc Dorcel, Grégory Dorcel worked within France Télévision’s Sales House. He started his career in 1997 after graduating from the ISG Business School in Paris.
