LOS ANGELES—2011 AVN Best New Starlet winner Gracie Glam today announced that she's no longer with LA Direct Models and is now accepting her own bookings for adult work.
Glam becomes a free agent after spending the past three years with LA Direct.
"My time with LA Direct was very beneficial for my career," she said. "They were extremely professional, organized, and always had my best interests at heart. I have been in school for the past year and recently took some personal time to myself and I now feel as if I am ready to take charge on my own.
"I would like to thank Derek, Fran, Veronica, and all of LA Direct Models for the hard work they have done for me," Glam continued. "I am so happy to leave on good terms with their best wishes. For my fans, there are a couple projects I have been working on and can't wait to share."
Glam notes that she'd like to shoot more glamour, amateur and fetish scenes.
Glam currently is shooting solo and girl/girl only but told AVN that "boy/girl scenes might be in the horizon but when that time comes again it will be shot for only select companies with selective talent."
Glam mentions her desire to work for Jules Jordan Video, Twistys, Girlfriends Films, Sweetheart Video, Brazzers, Girl Candy Films and Reality Kings as a new-found free agent.
"If I could bring Molly Cavalli out of retirement my life would feel complete!" Glam said. "Sunny Lane and Sunny Leone are two girls I'd love to work with one day as well. Seeing some of my favorite girls to work with is always top of my list--Alexis Texas, Tori Black, Asa Akira, Dani Daniels, Megan Salinas, Jada Stevens, Sinn Sage, Madison Ivy--I would love to shoot more with Evil Angel and if ever, Digital Desire and X-Art."
As for her soon-to-launch official website, Glam will be offering solo, girl/girl and never-before-seen boy/girl content along with a few surprises, including custom content and products. She'll also be attending fan conventions after a two-year hiatus.
In addition to being named 2011's AVN Best New Starlet, Glam also won the Best Group Sex Scene award that same year for a scene she did with Alexis Texas, Kristina Rose and Michael Stefano in Buttwoman vs. Slutwoman.
