NORTH HOLLYWOOD—Girls and Corpses magazine has featured many an adult performer on its covers, ranging from adult superstar Tera Patrick to sex-tape celeb Farrah Abraham. Performers who have a yen to join in the fun can attend a casting call on October 7, and at the same time audition for roles in horror films produced by the magazine in collaboration with producer David Sterling of Sterling Entertainment.
Girls and Corpses is searching for female models and actress and fresh faces for future editions of its fast-growing genre publication, which is sold on newsstands. Robert "Corpsy" Rhine, the publisher/editor-in-chief of Girls and Corpses, has also served as an executive producer on Rob Zombie movie projects.
The magazine also has a production arm, Girls and Corpses Presents, which is releasing horror films, among them The Meat Puppet, Blood Rites, Parasites, The Chair and You Found Me.

David Sterling of Sterling Entertainment has made more than 100 feature films over 20 years and has been a successful producer of horror films. Sterling Entertainment is seeking actresses at this casting for several upcoming horror film productions.
Rhine and Sterling will both be at an open casting on October 7, and they're looking for female models and actresses in the 18-to-28 age range. There will be sides for a cold reading but candidates should also bring a headshot. "We are dying to discover new talent and get an idea of your energy and unique personality," the producers say. "Please bring a bikini to change into, or wear under your clothes, for a full-length modeling photo (optional)."
And of course, ladies, bring a drivers license to verify age.
The casting call will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Whitmore Lindley Theatre Center
