ZINELAND—The irrepressible Girls and Corpses magazine has a new issue out, and it's hoping to spread the news like wildfire ... or something even more contagious. The "Spring Outbreak" issue, according to "deaditor in chief" Robert Rhine, is "a pandemic of diseased comedy and our most infectious issue! You'll wheeze in a panic as we explore deadly diseases that will end life on earth: ebola, the plague, the flu and the Kardashians."
On the cover, Rhine notes, are "hazmat hotties" Riley Steele, Jillian Janson, Raven Bay and Jodi Taylor, posing in a tribute to Iwo Jima's 75th anniversary. On the back cover, Rhine said, "We unzip iconic record producer Kim Fowley's body bag with fetish supermodel Jin N Tonic.
Other dead-on features include a photo shoot with biohazard field hospital with nurses Ivy Sherwood and Jezabel Vessir, an interview with rockabilly legend Reverend Horton Heat and a 12-page graphic comic titled "The Fungus Amongus."
