VALENCIA, Calif.—After a fantastic showing at the 2012 NightMoves Awards, at which it was named Best Production Company, Girlfriends Films is nominated for an additional nine awards at the 2013 NightMoves Awards. Girlfriends Films is once again up for top studio honors, while having additional nominations for Best Feature Production, Best All Girl Release, and Best On-Going Series.
Each category in the NightMoves Awards includes Fans’ Choice and Editor’s Choice honors. Fans may cast their vote here.
Girlfriends Films’ acclaimed movie Paint, from director B. Skow, is nominated for Best Feature Production. Three titles—Lesbian PsychoDramas 13, The Creepers Family 3, and Women Seeking Women 89—are contending for Best All Girl Release. An additional three series—Women Seeking Women, Lesbian Seductions, and Mother-Daughter Exchange Club—are all up for Best On-Going Series.
“We are deeply honored to once again have a strong showing in NightMoves’ award nominations,” said Girlfriends Films Vice President Moose. “Receiving the Best Production Company award from NightMoves in 2012 was one of the highlights of the year for us, so we are happy knowing we are having a similar impact this year.”
Additionally, Girlfriends Films contract star Prinzzess Felicity Jade is a nominee for Best Feature Dancer, an award she earned from NightMoves in 2012. Prinzzess will be dancing at this year’s show, after hosting last year and performing several of her signature routines to the delight of the show audience.
Past awards bestowed on Girlfriends Films from NightMoves include 2012 Best Production Company, 2012 Best All Girl Release (Please Make Me Lesbian 7), 2012 Best Feature Dancer (Prinzzess), and 2011 Best All Girl Release (Mother-Daughter Exchange Club 19).
The 21st Annual NightMoves Awards will take place in Tampa, Florida on Monday, October 14, 2013.
