The office of Bluebird Films was surprised recently by a call from a representative of the Home Office, with a complaint about Assylum Seekers. The film features girls who are begging for entry to the United Kingdom and will do anything to get there.
Ben Dover said, "It was amazing, really. There's this little bureaucrat having a go at us—saying that we were showing UK immigration officers in a bad light and that they would not want genuine asylum seekers to get the impression that they could gain entry through trading sexual favours. So I asked how he was to know that had never happened. At which point he said he'd go and check. We never heard back."
