SAN FRANCISCO—Pink and White Productions has wrapped its third annual San Francisco PornFilmFestival, which broadcast live from the city’s historic Brava Theater, powered by indie adult streaming platform PinkLabel.TV. The live-streamed screenings and director talks were recorded and are now available in RE/PLAY, an extended virtual program streaming on-demand through September 10.
The festival's programs presented over 70 productions spanning classic to contemporary animation, documentary, narrative and experimental genres. Festival director Shine Louise Houston held a director chat with classic '90s lesbian erotic short Hey Sailor, Hey Sister creators Miranda and Troy Hart. Featured directors Vanniall (MostlyPics House) and creators Roberto Fatal, Snowflake Calvert, and XAV SF took to the stage in a Q&A hosted by Q Wilson.

The San Francisco PornFilmFestival debuted in 2020 with crowdfunded support from the sex tech community to build a streaming platform and host an entirely virtual event in response to COVID-19 lockdowns. As venues safely returned to indoor public events, the festival presented a hybrid presentation of programs, broadcasting live from the Brava Theater, benefiting from the increased accessibility and international reach of a virtual festival.
Local nightlife favorite Pop’s Bar serves as the festival’s in-person mixer both evenings, with a closing night after-party after the final show.
Virtual tickets are available for $25, granting access to all the festival's recorded screenings and director talks, which are streaming now through September 10 on-demand for the festival's two-week-long RE/PLAY period. Tickets and more information are available at sfpff.pinklabel.tv.
The 2022 San Francisco PornFilmFestival was presented by PinkLabel.TV and made possible thanks to the financial support of Premier Sponsors AdultTime, ArtHouse Vienna, Good Vibrations, Zaawaadi, and over 100 backers.
