TAMPA, FL—The 26th Annual NightMoves Awards took place Sunday night, October 7, and while the full list of winners has yet to be announced, it would already be a big night for Adam & Eve Films as the company was given two First Choice Awards. The First Choice Awards are for movies that were released after the NightMoves submission deadline of June 16, 2018, but were features that the editors believed would be huge hits and award winners in 2019.
Past winners of this award include Pirates, Pirates II, Fashionistas, Operation Desert Stormy, Not The Bradys XXX, Spiderman XXX, Rocky XXX, Wanted, Babysitting the Baumgartners, Suicide Squad XXX, Bad Babes and The Submission of Emma Marx. Over 95% of NightMoves “First Choice” winners go on to claim multiple awards at other awards shows.
“The track record we have regarding our First Choice awards winners is nothing short of amazing. Every year Art Koch and myself select 3-4 films that we think will be huge winners during the upcoming year. We give these films their first-ever award and that is something we take great pride in. This year Adam & Eve have two outstanding films Unleashed and The Cursed XXX and we feel (along with Wicked Pictures/Axel Braun’s The Possession of Mrs. Hyde) they will be the biggest movies of the year. We are also proud that all three directors (Kay Brandt, Will Ryder and Axel Braun) will be in Tampa to receive the trophies,” said Paul Allen owner of Nightmoves Multi-Media, Inc.
Unleashed is an all-girl feature film that is directed by talented scripter/novelist/director Kay Brandt who also received the NightMoves 2018 “National Lifetime Achievement Award” this year. The movie stars Jill Kassidy (who also attended the NightMoves Awards this year) along with Elena Koshka, Moka Mora, Scarlett Sage, Honey Gold, Eliza Jane, Riley Nixon, Whitney Wright, Edyn Blair, Eden Sin and Eden Sinclair. It is an amazing cast and the first time NightMoves has ever issued a First Choice award to an all-female movie.
The Cursed XXX is an original feature film from Will Ryder, who won this award last year with his move Bad Babes. The Cursed XXX has an excellent cast featuring Riley Reid, Sarah Vandella, Misty Stone, Holly Hendrix, Maya Bijou, Kat Dior, Chloe Scott, Nia Nacci, Lucky Starr, Ziggy Star, Victoria June, Veronica Valentine, Eric John, Seth Gamble, Chad White, Brad Armstrong, and James Bartholet. It is a very deserving winner!
The Possession of Mrs. Hyde from Wicked Pictures is another one of Axel Braun’s masterpieces. The entire movie is shot in black and white and stars Avi Love, Charlotte Stokely, Romi Rain, Kenna James, Reagan Foxx, Dale DeBone and Tom Bryon who came out of retirement to play Dr.Jeckyl. Much of the cast was in Tampa to accept this award.
