LAS VEGAS, NV—Veteran trans actress Wendy Williams is an AVN Hall of Famer and TEA Lifetime Achievement Award winner—and now she's going to take that fame and run with it. She's signed with Ikigai Marketing this week, naming Kristel Penn as her official publicist.
