LOS ANGELES—Performer TS Micha Angela on Monday announced her returning sponsorship of the 2017 TEAs. She will also be attending the three-day event and is looking forward to meeting her fans in person.
“Totally honored and stoked to be a part of our awesome industry!” said TS Micha Angela. “2017 will be my third TEA and I’m pretty sure they will just keep getting better! Thanks so much for being the amazing fans that you are and I look forward to giving you more of what you want! XXX!”
“We’re thrilled to have Micha’s continued support of the TEAs,” said Grooby’s Marketing and Editorial Director, Kristel Penn. “She was a great presence at last year’s show and I’m looking forward to seeing her again in March.”
TS Micha Angela is a U.S. born adult actress/producer who came from the fields of action sports and environmental biology. Originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, she’s called South Lake Tahoe, California, home since being kicked out by her family two years ago. She is the development manager for her official website, MichaAngela.com, and is directly involved in all aspects of her production.
In the winter months, she is a freelance writer for Snowshoe Magazine and enjoys being an avid snow conservationist, while tempting the steeps and avalanche prone Sierra Nevadas on her snowboard. During the summer months she once instructed in-line skating at Camp Woodward, but now enjoys kayaking on Lake Tahoe, saltwater fishing, and shooting content for her site. She has collaborated with performers like TS Kelly Clare and photographers like Altomic Visuals.
The TEAs (also known as the Transgender Erotica Awards), now in its ninth year, celebrates the accomplishments of the trans adult industry and its performers. From its humble beginnings as an online competition started by Grooby, the TEAs are now a three-day event that includes a pre-party, fan convention, and awards program.
The 2017 TEAs will be hosted by viral sensation and TEA Lifetime Achievement winner, TS Madison, at Avalon in Hollywood. The pre-party will be held on March 3 at the Bardot, the fan convention will be held on March 4 at Avalon, and the awards will be held at the Avalon on March 5. Avalon and its connecting property, the Bardot, are located at 1735 Vine St, Los Angeles, 90028. Discounted pre-sale tickets are available for purchase at TheTEAShow.com.
