xPeeps Introduces New Twitter Feature

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - xPeeps, the million-member adult social networking site, has added a new feature that lets users stream their Twitter updates straight to their profiles.

By inputting their twitter username in the Edit Profile section, users will add a box to their profiles that will show their last ten "tweets," or Twitter messages. A user can also choose to add the username of one of their Twitter favorites to add that person's tweets to their profile.

"Twitter has proven that it's here to stay, with more and more users finding it a viable way to keep people up to date," explained xPeep's Suzann Knudsen. "xPeeps is all about connecting fans to the adult industry on a personal level, so this was a natural integration for us."

Some xPeeps members have already embraced the new feature.

"This is a cool feature for xPeeps to have," said star Brandon Longwood, an avid Twitter user. "I've found Twitter to be a very helpful tool for industry-related networking and researching as well as keeping in contact with fans and talent."

The new Twitter feature is now available, and is the first change in a series of additional innovations planned for the site in 2009.
