TAMPA, Fla.—Clips4Sale will host the special COVID-19 edition of "The Clips4Sale Legal Zone" where hosts, Clips4Sale founder and leader Neil and industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein, will discuss the impact of the current lockdown on the adult industry. The hour-long webinar will stream live at 4 p.m. EST/1 p.m. PST on Monday, April 20. Joining them will be special guests attorney Lawrence Walters and Michelle L. LeBlanc, executive director of the Free Speech Coalition (FSC).
The program will also offer tips to keep sharp and focused on business during the pandemic and cover available government benefits to those impacted as well as live question-and-answer sessions. LeBlanc will discuss community-specific resources and options. And for new people entering the industry during this time, the webinar will cover the legal basics for those who are more experienced.
“COVID-19 has taken over everyday life, and for the foreseeable future, everyone’s life has been turned upside down. Business operators and performers alike have been forced to make extremely difficult personal and financial sacrifices to fit into their new realities," Silverstein said. "It’s become more important than ever to discuss best practices and techniques for getting through this pandemic. The Federal Government and the U.S. Small Business Administration has made various types of disaster relief available, but unfortunately, adult entertainment has once again been unfairly isolated and discriminated against."
