Siouxsie Q Teaching Two Classes at SF Armory This Weekend

SAN FRANCISCO—Writer, activist, and adult performer, Siouxsie Q, returns to the San Francisco Armory this weekend to teach two classes, “Porn Star Sex 101” and “Monoga...Maybe?” Both are part of Kink.com’s educational track. She will be assisted by veteran performer Michael Vegas.

“I'm excited to return to the Bay and my favorite kinky castle and bring these classes to the SF community,” said Siouxsie Q. “‘Porn Star Sex 101’ is the newest addition to my lineup and includes a live demo with real-life partner and fellow porn performer, Michael Vegas. ‘Monoga...Maybe?’ is a classic back by popular demand. These classes can often be catalysts in people's relationships and sex lives, and I'm honored that I get to play kinky fairy godmother to a new batch of eager pupils this month.”

Q was recently nominated for 2018 AVN Best All-Group Sex Scene from “Luck of the Draw,” which is nominated for AVN Best Polyamory Movie. Vegas is also nominated this year for AVN.

“Porn Star Sex 101” is a two-hour course that helps students feel like stars in the bedroom, covering topics like blowjobs, dirty talk, those sex positions you thought were only meant for pornstars, and more. Purchase your tickets here.

“Monoga...Maybe?” is a two-hour class that guides you through the first steps of opening up your relationship to a whole new world of possibilities, such as threesomes, polyamory, and swinging. Purchase your tickets here.

For both courses, Siouxsie Q’s book, "Truth, Justice, and the American Whore," will be available for purchase, along with discounted drinks and an afterparty at the Armory Club following Friday’s class.

Siouxsie Q got her start in the business dancing at the unionized, worker-owned, Lusty Lady Theater in San Francisco, and has worked as a performer in adult films since 2010, garnering multiple AVN Award Nominations and a Feminist Porn Award. She served as the Director of Policy and Industry Relations for the Free Speech Coalition, the adult industry’s trade association from 2016-2017.

She is also a playwright, singer/songwriter and creator of The Whorecast, her podcast showcasing the diverse voices of the adult industry. She has lectured extensively on sex and sex work, and is regularly quoted and featured in the mainstream media, including CNN, USA Today, Cosmopolitan, Wired, Alternet, Buzzfeed, and Fusion.
