CYBERSPACE—Dr. David Levy will be the next special guest on attorney Maxine Lynn's Sex Tech Connect on Sunday, September 13, beginning at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT for her online virtual event series, “Virtual Brunch, Happy Hour, or a Late Night Drink.” Levy is the author of the seminal work Love and Sex With Robots, and is also co-chairman of the International Congress of Love and Sex With Robots (LSR).
According to Lynn's assessment, Levy was ahead of his time, publishing his book about artificial intelligence and sex robots back in 2007, shortly after he was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of Maastricht for his thesis entitled "Intimate Relationships With Artificial Partners."
“The future of sex robots is paved with erotic pleasure, emotional excitement, and untold mystery,” Levy said. “I am really happy to bring my experience to Sex Tech Connect to discuss where the field is, and where it’s going. This is also a wonderful opportunity to invite new faces to our upcoming virtual LSR conference.”
That event, hosted on a virtual platform, will welcome attendees from around the world. Participants will be able to speak directly with Levy, as well as one another, such that they can network, learn and advocate for the industry.
