LOS ANGELES—Meet Kinksters, a new sex-positive dating app that aims to connect kinky users on both romantic and sexual compatibility factors, is now available on the web at meet.kinksters.dating.
The application, which has more than 3,100 registered users, has been available in both major app stores since December 2022. The addition of a web option provides users with another easy way to connect with other kinky and curious singles without installing anything on their phones.
“The addition of a web option is a major step toward our goal of being the preferred way for sex-positive people to meet and date,” said Brad Jones, founder and CTO of Meet Kinksters. “Our platform is now available wherever and however our users wish to engage, whether that be on the desktop or on their mobile devices.”
"Meet Kinksters empowers people to connect on both 'traditional' criteria such as age, gender, education level, and religious beliefs, and also on shared sexual preferences, the latter of which has been missing from mainstream online dating options until now," the company said in its announcement. "Social science research consistently shows sexual compatibility to be a major driver of relationship success, yet consumers have long been without a way to proactively express their sexual needs up-front with potential mates."
With its launch, Meet Kinksters aims to take advantage of user acquisition and marketing opportunities that may not be available in the traditional app-store environment. It joins industry mainstay Grindr in the web browser market, which launched a desktop-accessible beta earlier this month.
