LOS ANGELES—Clinical psychologist and sex therapist Dr. David Ley will lead a special live cam session on adult cam site Stripchat today, focused on combating the masturbation and sex-shaming of #NoNutNovember and other modern anti-masturbation movements.
Dr. Ley, a columnist at Psychology Today and author of Ethical Porn for Dicks and Myth of Sexual Addiction, has been featured in the Washington Post, New York Times, Huffington Post, VICE, Rolling Stone and numerous others, as well as on The Daily Show, Anderson Cooper and Dr. Phil.
Live cam site Stripchat partnered with Dr. Ley and the Sexual Health Alliance after a survey of members showed that many visitors to the site felt anxiety or shame about masturbation. An initial cam session with Dr. Ley was incredibly successful, outperforming top adult cam shows in audience participation by a factor of three.
