WYOMING—Clip Page, an innovative platform for custom content, has launched its "Ask About My Customs," a messaging feature that allows fans to ask creators about the content they produce before placing orders in a secure, private way.
Said Clip Page founder Dan Cooper, "Our customers have requested a way to discuss content ideas and to confirm details such as themes, toys, outfits, and appearance availability. Ask About My Customs ensures expectations on both sides are understood before orders are placed and streamlines the content production process."
The messaging feature provides a guided experience where a fan can send one message at a time to a creator, who can then reply with a single response. Fans can ask follow-up questions only after the creator has responded. This process keeps conversations focused, and concise, and reduces the time creators spend reviewing and replying to questions about their content.
Messages are sent through Clip Page, ensuring that creator and fan contact details are never shared directly for privacy. All messages are limited to prevent unwanted abuse or overwhelming the creator or fan.
Said Syndica, a creator on Clip Page, "I find the new messaging feature very useful in the custom video-making process. Now I can have a way to confirm details about the custom video before the order is placed, conveniently all in one place on the site."
See the feature live on Syndica’s Clip Page.
The "Ask About My Customs" feature is available today for all creators and can be enabled in the Messages section of the portal.
