TEMPE, Ariz.—CCBill has announced the addition of two new report options to its expanding FlexStats system. The added reports include Scheduled Rebills and Cancellations to the current platform and transaction reports.

Scheduled Rebills reports allow merchants to view data related to upcoming rebills for their accounts. Designed to showcase all subscriptions that are scheduled to rebill, these reports include a dynamic interface, time-frame specific quick stats functionality, and detailed breakdowns of scheduled Rebills down to payment types, region, currency and the source of the original sale.
Cancellation reports contain data pertaining to cancellations for merchants' accounts. As a new report option within the Admin, these reports provide detailed Quick Stats information including count (total number of cancellations), average income per cancellation, average number of times each cancellation was rebilled and average time span each cancellation was active. Additionally, graphing, snapshots and more detailed breakdowns are also available, along with data on conversions to assist in analyzing several aspects of merchant’s subscription data in one place.
