LOS ANGELES—Adult performer Alix Lynx on Tuesday announced plans to launch an OnlyFans Mastery Webinar. The classes start with one free webinar, then expand into a course that teaches aspiring adult performers everything from how to set up an LLC to how to direct their own content.
“I want every girl entering the business to know everything there is to know about the adult industry before they shoot their first video,” Lynx says. “This class teaches it all. It’s a business school for aspiring porn entrepreneurs.”
Her webinar is free, and if performers enjoy the short webinar and are ready to take the next step, they can sign up for the course at the bottom of the webinar page. The next OnlyFans Mastery Webinar prelaunch will be on July 19, and then the OnlyFans Mastery Webinar (and OnlyFans Master Class) will launch on July 29.
Lynx entered porn to create a business. After years in digital advertising, she quit office life to start camming in 2014. She presumed she would just strip on camera then money would roll in, but she quickly learned that porn is a business like any other. She grappled with organizing an LLC, taxes, producing her own content, investing, and revenue diversification. Like every other successful porn veteran, she learned from mistakes and eventually mastered camming, shooting for production companies, and producing and selling her own content on platforms like OnlyFans.
Lynx is now reverse engineering her career, so girls can learn everything they need to know before they ever step in front of a camera.
Lynx graduated college with a BA in Broadcast Journalism and MBA in Digital Marketing. She left the corporate world in 2014, choosing to abandon the 9-to-5 rat race for a career in adult film. Upon entering the business, she made it her mission to help bridge the gap between the world of adult entertainment and mainstream entertainment and to build her career based on her personality and her interests.
