SAN FRANCISCO—Perry Mann's Exotic Erotic Expo and Ball, the largest and longest-running adult-themed Halloween festival in the world, celebrating its 30th Anniversary on October 23 and 24 at the Cow Palace Arena, proudly announces Allen Stein will lecture on Sexual Technologies during Expo Hours.
Stein’s expertise in emerging technologies and business development lead him to invent the world’s first Internet-controlled commercial Teledildonic device and its underlying technology infrastructure called thethrillhammer. This opened the field called ‘cyberotics.’ Stein has been involved in the science of human computer sexual interaction for nearly a decade and his work is on display in the New York City Museum of Sex.
The initial popularity of thethrillhammer propelled Stein’s company into the adult industry designing various luxury pleasure devices, and producing AVN Award-nominated movies, all of which provided a means for him to continue his research in female sexual response device technology.
His current work is with the Seattle-based company SenseTrak. In development is the ability to record personal physiological data via biosensors, which are transmitted to software and hardware devices for sensuality training and pleasure applications.
“I am thrilled to be speaking at The Exotic Erotic Ball,” states Stein. “I can finally cross this event off my bucket list. The Exotic Erotic Expo and Ball is the one event where people are there as much to party as much as they are to learn about sexuality and products – it’s a perfect mix.”
Allen will give two talks on Friday and another Saturday afternoon. Topics will include a brief history of how humans interact sexually with technology, the current marketplace, a look into the future, with a question and answer session following each lecture.
