SEATTLE, WA — Streamate has gotten in the autumn holiday mood by launching its first Halloween Costume Contest, open to all Streamate models.
One hundred performers will be rewarded for having fun dressing up during the qualifying time period with cash prizes ranging from $50 - $1000.
The contest will run for 24 hrs during October 31st (GMT). It will begin at 12:01AM GMT and end at 11:59PM GMT. (Remember to check when Oct 31 GMT will begin in your time zone. For models in the Americas, this will be sometime in the evening of the 30th. In Europe and Asia, the contest will start sometime in the morning of the 31st.)
“I am thrilled we can reward the models for being so fun and creative for Halloween. Over the years, models have dressed up, entertaining the fans all day long and making the site fun to watch. It was long overdue that we make it an official contest with a little incentive…so bring on your best costumes,” said Christophe of Streamate.
To be eligible for prizes, models must do the following two things. First, models must update their Bio picture with a ‘spooky’ or festive image. Take a pic and upload it soon to make sure it's approved before the contest begins. Second, models must be in costume while streaming on Oct 31 (GMT). Models can stay in the same outfit or change costumes as often as they like during the contest.
Members will vote with their Gold; 1 Gold = 1 vote! The 100 participants who get the most Gold that day will receive one of these prizes 1st place: $1000, 2nd place: $800, 3rd place: $600, 4th place: $400, 5th place: $200, 6-20th place: $100, 21-100th place: $50.
