TORONTO—Squirt.org is making hooking up even easier through upgrades to its mobile site.
The popular gay adult hookup and cruising site includes two new filter and search features, which give members the ability to view when other men on the site were last active and who is currently online.
“In order to better serve members of Squirt.org, we have adopted a more agile methodology for improvements to the site, which will include monthly updates,” said Attila Szatmari digital business director forPink Triangle Press, Squirt’s parent company. “Whether major upgrades or minor tweaks, we want to make sure that our mobile experience is better and competitive.”
Members tapped into Squirt.org on their smart phone and mobile device may now see who was most recently online, up to the minute. The feature further improves the timeliness of the service, allowing members to log on and get off.
The enhanced “Online Now” feature provides a new default filter to quickly and easily find men who have been online and active within the past hour. The vital upgrade plays to the spontaneous nature of hooking up and cruising, and it may be applied along with location filters.
The ability to cater to consumer demand and create a more effective operating system and network is part of the reason Squirt.org is nominated for Best Hookup Site/Mobile Hookup App Surfer’s Choice Award for the 2016 Cybersocket Web Awards. The awards will be presented on January 13 at Penthouse Nightclub in West Hollywood, Calif.
Squirt’s commitment to providing a platform for its members to post sexually explicit photos and content is why the service is available through its website rather than an app. The site was optimized for mobile devices in 2012 in order to better meet the needs of its users.
