CHARLOTTE, NC—SocialKink, the kinky social networking site, has announced the winners of its October giveaways as well as the team's plan for more contests to finish up the year of 2009. SocialKink has recently published an interview with the popular performer, and members who left a comment on the article were entered into a drawing for the grand prize. The winner of the Rubberdoll contest is Matze, who will receive a collection of RubberDoll DVDs, autographed by latex fetish model RubberDoll herself; everyone else can watch her films through SocialKink's VOD theater.
The second giveaway was on Twitter, the micro blogging platform. Users who retweeted a phrase and included the hashtag "#socialkink" entered another drawing to win a coffin-shaped red-and-black paddle, courtesy of Stockroom.com. The lucky winner for this item was "CandyGirl Sparks." The SocialKink team was pleased with the level of participation from its members, both on the site and on the micro-blogging platform.
"I was excited by the level of participation," says SocialKink's Daphne Reeder. "We had a great turnout, both on Twitter and on the site. We love chances to get members involved, especially when the rewards are top-notch items from great fetish companies like RubberDoll and Stockroom."
Given the success of October's promotions, it is not surprising that the networking site has more in the works. "We have some very exciting things in the pipeline, including a contest next month where we've teamed with metal goddess Lita Ford," adds Reeder.
