Signature Card Services Expands into New Markets, Boosts Staff

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Signature Card Services appears to be bucking the gloomy employment trends in Los Angeles. The industry-leading payment processing services provider has announced that in the last quarter alone it has increased its underwriting staff by 25 percent and its customer service staff by 75 percent.

Much of the growth comes on the heels of the recent addition of Aaron Slominski as Senior Vice President of Sales. With over a decade of experience in all facets of business development in the payment processing industry, Slominski jumpstarted the company’s growth plans. Following his hiring, Signature Card expanded into new markets—including health care and online dating; new technologies – including mobile payments; and new accounts – including the sixth largest hospital network in the country.

All of this growth necessitated additional customer service and operational staff, including underwriters, managers and creative. And with no immediate signs of slowing down, the company continues to hire; currently, they are looking to add an underwriting manager.
