Reporo, operator of the world’s largest adult mobile ad network, has broken its all-time traffic record to reach the 25 billion ad impressions per month milestone, which they believe is about three times more mobile impressions than available elsewhere.
Reporo has benefited hugely from global user adoption of the mobile web, which was sparked by the launch of the iPhone five years ago. It has capitalized on this growth with a local presence in each of the major mobile markets; i.e., North America, Europe, Latin America, SE Asia and the Far East covered by six international offices (London, USA, South Africa, India, Philippines, and Japan).
This global monetization helps to drive revenues up for its publishers, and gives advertisers the global reach they need to take advantage of the opportunities that the mobile web offers. Even publishers who do not have a mobile site can monetize their mobile visitors (probably as much as 15 percent) through Reporo’s re-direct network.
Eventually, Reporo believes the mobile opportunity will be much larger that the desktop web, as mobile payment methods provided by mobile carriers give access to vast parts of the world where credit cards are not popular.
Like Greenpeace, their motto for the mobile adult web is, “Think Globally, Act Locally.”
The Reporo network features most of the best-known and highest-traffic sites, and also sources which few others know about. Through their international offices, they are successfully able to recruit local language, and high converting publishers for their advertisers.
Being the first ad network to launch mobile re-directs and pop-unders, Reporo has exerted major effort into developing new ad formats that benefit both advertisers and publishers
When asked, Ben K, Reporo’s Commercial Director, had only one thing to say: “Happy days!”
Despite their worldwide footprint, Reporo is planning future growth with the opening of offices in both Latin America and South Korea, and are considering China as the "next big step."
