The transaction creates a dominant player in the adult paysite review market fueled by the strong synergy created by the consolidation between the two companies.
Thereview portals will continue to be run separately under RabbitsReviews' management. Also included in this acquisition is PornUsers.com, where end users get to review and rate sites.
