QUEBEC CITY, Canada—In addition to QWEBEC Expo, which is scheduled for August 6-9, 2015, Michael P. has announced plans for a new all-inclusive VIP Executives Industry Winter Event, the first QWEBEC Snow Gathering. The VIP Exclusive event, set for February 20-23 2015, is open to all C-Level, VP and Director level professionals with enough discretionary authority to make deals happen.
"Executive decisions makers from the industry will live a weekend to remember with industry peers, having a pure rush of adrenalin while experiencing our favorite winter motorsport, snowmobiling, in a stunning winter landscape," said the company in a statement.
QWEBEC Snow Gathering has available a wide array of packages with one or two snowmobiles, for those who want to attend with an associate/partner or "better half." Registration includes everything: snowmobiles, outfits, gasoline, insurance, guides, lodging (one or two beds), breakfast, lunch and fine dinners.
Fly in is scheduled for Friday February 20, with two days of Snowmobiles on Saturday, Feb. 21-22 and fly out on Monday, Feb. 23. An optional extra day of dog sledding and a visit to the most photographed hotel in the world, the Chateau Frontenac is also scheduled on Monday 23 for Platinum and Diamond participants, with a fly out on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015.
Stating from Quebec city, participants will ride over 100 km of astonishing back-county snowmobile trails to Mont-Sainte-Anne, the most beautiful ski resort in the Quebec City region. Lunch, photos and fun time stops are scheduled, and nightly gatherings are also planned to create a cozy atmosphere but still provide networking opportunities with other represented companies executives.
An early registration discount of $100 is available until Friday October 17, 2014. Online applications end on Monday, December 15. After this date, each application will be treated on a case-by-case basis. Since there is a limited number of snowmobiles available, and in order to maximize networking opportunities, only two snowmobiles per companies/corporation are allowed. So, there is a clear advantage to getting on the bandwagon early!
