Phoenix Forum Seminars Feature New Look

TEMPE, AZ—Phoenix Forum organizers have announced a new twist to the seminar structure at this year’s Phoenix Forum. For the first time, select sessions will be “driven” by attendee participation while others will be focused around a relaxed studio interview setting.

On Thursday, April 8, FAQLIVE tracks about billing and legal topics will run concurrently with the more familiar workshop sessions (about business 101 and gay business 101). These FAQLIVE seminars are designed to encourage attendee participation through an open Q&A format. The audience will in large part determine which topics relevant to billing and legal matters are discussed.

Following up on the FAQLIVE sessions, Visionary seminars will be held on Friday, April 9 in which a special “guest interviewer” will be conducting a 30- to 45-minute studio-style discussion with an influential industry leader while the audience listens.

The new FAQLIVE and Visionary sessions are not the sole focus or format of the seminars. They do, however, represent a step toward increased variety in seminar styles, and overall seminar structure.

Of course, sessions with a more traditional panel structure also will be scheduled throughout the three day event to complement the new FAQLIVE and Visionary formats.
