BARCELONA, Spain—The Galaxy Awards have opened nominations for all companies that want to present their products for the 2013 edition, the ceremony for which will take place October 6 in Barcelona, Spain. This year, awards organizers have changed the rules so that the competition will now be categorize by language (English-Spanish), and the number of nominations is increased to 15 per category.
Interested nominees can email [email protected] with their product nominations, and include access to them (a password) for further review. Nominations will remain open until June 15. For more information, go here.

Best Trailer
Who can apply: producers offering their own products, sponsors and affiliation programs commercializing their own or third party products.
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 4 per participant
Admission criteria: promotional trailers can be presented corresponding to scenes released between 2012 and 2013 lasting less than 3 minutes
Best Photo content
Who can apply: producers offering their own products, sponsors and affiliation programs commercializing their own or third party products
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 4 per participant
Admission criteria: heterosexual, lesbian or erotic websites that have been active on the internet during the 2012-2013 period and that contain their own photographic content
Best personal website
Who can apply: performers managing their own websites or sponsors managing performer’s websites through an affiliation program
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 1 per participant
Admission criteria: websites that have been active in the 2012-2013 period, with their own video content.
Best B/G scene
Who can apply: producers offering their own products, sponsors and affiliation programs commercializing their own or third party products
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 4 per participant
Admission criteria: heterosexual scenes published and released on the internet during the 2012-2013 period, excluding scenes released on DVD that have later been released on the internet.
Best G/G scene
Who can apply: producers offering their own products, sponsors and affiliation programs commercializing their own or third party products
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 4 per participant
Admission criteria: lesbian scenes published and released on the internet during the 2012-2013 period, excluding scenes released on DVD that have later been released on the internet.
Best group scene
Who can apply: producers offering their own products, sponsors and affiliation programs commercializing their own or third party products
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 4 per participant
Admission criteria: group heterosexual or lesbian scenes published and released on the internet during the 2012-2013 period with at least 4 participants, excluding scenes released on DVD that have later been released on the internet.

Who can apply: producers or sponsors commercializing their own or third party products through an affiliation program
Number of applications that can be presented in this category: 1 per participant
Admission criteria: websites that have been active in the 2012-2013 period, with their own video content and offering a group of sites available for a unique membership fee
