Previously, Aguiari held the position of Director Of Operations in the United States, where Dating Factory launched 6 months ago to help the company grow in the world's largest market and to provide support to North American partners.
Part of Aguiari's prior career was in aviation, where over the past seven years he built a strong passion and experience in sales and marketing. As VP of Sales, Moreno will be responsible for managing an expanding sales team as they work to maintain and expand Dating Factory's international partner base. Dating Factory has over 30,000 partners worldwide and Tanya Fathers, CEO of Dating Factory, hopes to see this number double in the next year.
