CYBERSPACE—Venture capital backed project Darteros, which will see the light on early February, is seeking to recruit adult performers to sign on as founder sponsors, and has announced that a few spots are still available.
"We felt that Twitter has some limits when it comes to straightforward adult socialization, while micro-blogging by its nature is perfect for dating more than it is for just keeping in touch with friends," says Darteros project chief Fabio Salvadori. "Darteros, not only will allow regular users to socialize among each other for dating purposes, but it will also offer adult performers a really efficient tool to target prospects and to increase their fan base. We are looking for more adult performers to signup as founding sponsors in exchange for a very appealing promotional package."
With a click of the mouse, every Darteros user can bridge their Darteros account to their Twitter and FaceBook accounts without the need to post stuff in three different places, and they can automatically follow and be followed by their existing Twitter following and followers.
All founding members will receive a promotional package which consists of a featured profile, 220 x 60 straight banner rotation on every page with a link back to their website (without an affiliate code), automatic followers signups in weekly rotation (this is like Tom at MySpace—when somebody signs up, the founding sponsor on rotation is automatically added to their following list.)
