Clients use MPA3 deals on a daily basis with affiliates of all types, meaning a lot of work needs to take place to thoroughly background check the affiliates to avoid fraud. The way these checkups are done today is by manually checking to see if the information the affiliate has submitted is correct, and trustworthy. Now, DocuSign provides a solution for that process.
Now, when a new affiliate joins the program they are asked to fill out a form with certain information and eSignatures, submit; that information is now readily available to the program owner, including a signed consent and agreement between the two parties The information is stored securely, and both program owner and affiliate can now rest assured that the business relationship is one with integrity.
