BARCELONA, Spain -- Private Media Group, Inc. has found that higher conversion rates had been recorded since Private started to use the Gamelink platform for its video-on-deman offering, powered by GameLink, it newest division.
This integration with Gamelink is the first step to combining the assets and strengths of both companies since Private Media Group completed acquisition of Gamelink, the US’s third largest adult VOD platform and ecommerce company in January of this year, enhancing Private’s strategic digital media focus regarding content production, distribution and development company in both the adult and mainstream entertainment sectors.
Using GameLink’s platform allows for greatly increased functionality on PrivateVOD.com resulting in a far superior and competitive service. Private now offers its customers the possibility to access the title for viewing on mobile, PC and HD TV, while also being able to purchase the physical DVD directly from the platform.
With optimized search options with over 1 million tags searchable by keywords, customers are able to instantly find the exact content they are interested in and build their own library of the 70,000 movie titles on offer.
Incorporated functionalities include "Stream To Own," enabling Private customers to stream the movie purchased for the rest of their lives from the platform while returning Private customers will also benefit from a dynamic personalized merchandizing system that displays the most relevant titles on offer based on previous searches and purchases made. Private has also upgraded its email system to achieve a high degree of personalized email marketing.
