SAN FRANCISCO, CA – GameLink will begin an aggressive campaign in the New Year for the hand gesture control system Leap Motion, starting with a development strategy and contest to find the most stimulating ideas to incorporate Leap Motion’s technology with GameLink’s network.
The principals at GameLink are looking for a developer that can best integrate GameLink’s movies with Leap Motion’s interactive controller, a tiny device that attaches to any computer and senses the user’s hand and finger movements for direct 3D interaction with the screen. The winner of the contest, which begins January 15, will receive a development contract with GameLink.
The Leap Motion controller senses your individual hand and finger movements so you can interact directly with your computer. Just connect the iPod-sized device and instantly get eight cubic feet of intuitive 3D interaction space.
“GameLink looks to bring our customers a new dimension beyond sight and sound to the adult movies and private cams by developing the Leap Motion technology,” says Jeff Dillon, Vice President of Business Development.
