HERNDON, Va. - Maurice, owner of free adult-star and celebrity site Freeones, has announced the ten year anniversary of Freeones on March 29.
Freeones, a site that was successful almost from the beginning, was first conceived as a hobby in the attic of Maurice's home. What was once done just for fun managed to blossom into a flourishing business with eight employees working in-house. Six additional employees also work remotely for the company from abroad.
When asked where the idea for Freeones came from, Maurice explained that he always liked the idea of a site dedicated to indexing links of beautiful women. When the site was started there were only a handful of babe sections while today there are almost 10,000 babe sections with close to 150,000 links listed. There is also a very active user community.
"I am very proud of what has been accomplished." Maurice said. "Freeones was once something that I did in my free time, between my studies. Now it's an Alexa Top 300 site and I got to celebrate the anniversary as a premium sponsor at the Phoenix Forum."
Freeones is also celebrating its anniversary by launching a restyled version of the logo which will give the site a fresh new look without losing the overall Freeones feel. The aim of the new logo is to give it more of a feminine look to go with the overall theme of the site.
