Here's the step-by-step process for participating webmasters:
1. Go to the affiliate's page and log in, or join as a new affiliate.
2. Create a new campaign under "Campaign Mgr."
3. Give your campaign a name.
4. Choose "$150 PPS promo" and add the campaign.
5. Add the links to all your sites.
