LOS ANGELES—The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has announced that BaDoink has become its newest Corporate Sponsor.
According to the company, BaDoink.com is an innovative men’s lifestyle magazine, with a VIP section featuring thousands of videos to stream or download to multiple devices, while WellHello.com is the first dating site in the industry built from the ground up with the mobile user in mind.
“Our company has a long history as an advocate for protecting children online,” BaDoink’s Todd Glider said. “By becoming a Corporate Sponsor of ASACP, we are solidifying that commitment to the public and to all of the similar media companies in our industry.”
“ASACP is pleased to welcome BaDoink to our family of industry-leading sponsors,” states ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning. “The association helps online businesses protect themselves while protecting children — but this wouldn’t be possible without our sponsors, who enable us to carry on our mission.”
ASACP provides digital media businesses with a standardized Code of Ethics, along with market specific Best Practices. Its Restricted To Adults (RTA) website meta tagging helps prevent a minor’s unauthorized access to adult-oriented websites and mobile apps.
The association relies on the ongoing generous support of companies such as BaDoink to fulfill its noble mission of keeping children out of and away from adult entertainment.
“The support of our sponsors demonstrates how proactive responsibility and self-regulation is part of the digital media industry, which seeks only to provide age-appropriate entertainment to consumers,” Henning adds. “By taking this leadership role, BaDoink sets an example for others to follow — demonstrating their success and commitment to doing the right thing.”
