LAS VEGAS—French-Canadian web model Ariel Rebel won the Best Solo Girl Website award at this weekend’s AVN Awards, for her website ArielRebel.com, beating out 14 other darlings of the net. Ariel unfortunately could not attend the awards or the Adult Entertainment Expo that accompanies the awards. She wasn’t even aware that she won until Sunday morning, when she noticed that many of her fans and friends were tweeting their congratulations about the win.
“I was really confused Sunday morning with all the congrats but it was true! I won Best Solo Girl Website at the @avnawards last night! #OMG I still can’t believe it,” read one of her tweets in the early morning hours.
Later on, Rebel added, "It's a great honor to have the recognition of the industry for my work and I'm extremely grateful for it. It gave me such boost to continue working in the direction I'm going and make my site even better for next year when I hope I'll be able to walk the red carpet with all the other adult celebrities. Thank you so much AVN for this honor."
Rebel is also planning for an incredible 2012. In a couple of weeks, she will be launching a new member area design for her website, and is preparing for the launch of her affiliate program, RebelsOwntheNet.com, which will include a large selection of quality solo girls and multi-model websites featuring the photography and videography work of some of the best content producers in the industry, including Max Rebel and Jay Allan.
